| 内容記述 | 目的：ペリネイタル・ロスを経験した母親をケアする助産師の感情に影響を与える要因を明らかにし、助産師の支援について示唆を得る。 方法：研究協力者は、ペリネイタル・ロスのケア経験のある産科就業年数が10年未満の助産師10名であった。便宜的サンプリング法にてリクルートを行った。半構成的面接を行い得られた音声データを逐語録にし、質的内容分析を行った。 結果：ペリネイタル・ロスのケアに携わった助産師の感情に影響を与える要因には、［ペリネイタル・ロスの捉え方］［ケアでの自分の姿勢］［関わったことでの気持ちの変化］〔気持ちを和らげてくれること〕［関わることでもたらされる自己の心理的負担］5つのカテゴリーが見いだされた。 結論：助産師は、ペリネイタル・ロスの捉え方、ケアでの自分の姿勢での気づきを自覚し、関わったことでの気持ちの変化によりケアを行っていたが、関わることでもたらせる自己の心理的負担に伴う感情はケア終了後も時間の経過などで減少するものの持続していることが明らかになった。 |

| 内容記述 | Purpose：This study identifies factors that influence the emotions of midwives involved in the care of mothers experiencing perinatal loss in hospitals, and to make suggestions for midwife support. Methods：The study participants were 10 midwives who had been working in obstetrics for less than 10 years. Convenience sampling was conducted on midwives who had cared for mothers who had experienced perinatal loss or who had participated in seminars on perinatal loss care. Results：The following five categories were extracted: "Awareness of perinatal loss," "Attitude in care," "Change in feelings as a result of involvement," "Things that soothe feelings," and "Psychological burdenof involvement." Conclusion：The midwives were aware of the perinatal loss and their own attitudes during care, and they provided care based on the change in their feelings as a result of their involvement. It was found that the psychological burden caused by the involvement of the midwife persisted even after the care was completed, although it decreased with the passage of time. |
