| 内容記述 | 大手前大学の学習支援センターは、学生の自主学習を推進する場として設けられている。この学習支援センターで働くスタッフのうち、本学の学部生を「ピアサポーター」と呼んでいる¹）。ピアサポーターに対してどのようなトレーニングをするべきかは、現在多くの高等教育機関が模索している課題だろう。本稿では大手前大学学習支援センターが2013年度に行ったピアサポーター・トレーニングの内容を報告し、次年度に向けての問題点を整理するものである。 | |||||||||
