All the educational activity is to be designed based on the grand design, in order for all students to reach the goal. In this paper, the issues of the quality assurance of the baccalaureate degree program which is required recently are overviewed.  Then the approaches of the quality assurance which are considered and carried out in Otemae University are introduced, with a focus on the grand design.},
