 note = {2000000407, コンビニ食に依存しがちな日本人学生の食意識は如何様なものか、それを知るために大手前大学の男女学生にアンケートをとり、彼等が抱くおいしい食のイメージを概観した。大部分の学生はよい雰囲気と答えており、例えば心地よい音楽があって薄暗い場所より昼間の明るさがあり、窓腰に見る眺めがよいことである。孤食より友人達と、あるいは家族達と一緒の食事であることが好ましい。家庭料理ならばおふくろの手製がよく、祖母や父親の手製は好まない。食品に対する感性は新鮮で、香りがよく、味がよく、豊かな色彩があり、そして暖かいのを好む。彼等は高級レストランやホテルでの食事を選ばなかった。一般の人々と同じようにおいしい食のイメージは彼等学生においても変わらないことがわかった。ただ、おいしいとする彼等の食選択には栄養バランスは含まれない。, I conducted a questionnaire survey on favorite food images of male and female students of Otemae University, who almost always eat convenience store food. The majority of student draw an image of a pleasant environment that includes sound or a musical performance and natural day light with a good view rather than dim light. It is better to eat with friends or family, not alone. They are fond of homemade food by their mother cooked, not by their grandmother or father. They do not choose the high quality foods of restaurants or hotels. Their food preferences are similar to those of the standard population. Their favorite choice of food does not take into consideration of a nutritional balance.},
