There were many unique responses from the students. For example, they proposed the use of a lot of vegetables instead of energy-rich carbohydrates, packing a homemade lunch, preparing a simple meal for breakfast the night before, not drinking the soup of instant Japanese noodles, removing the fat from meat and taking care not to be consume excess sugar from fruit. Most students do not mention detailed knowledge of food nutrition.
