| 内容記述 | 目的：日本に定住する外国人家族が保健医療福祉における体験とその支援がどのような文化的領域に偏在しているのかを明らかにするために文献検討を行った。 方法：医学中央雑誌とCINAHL、PubMed、medline を用いて、国内文献は「外国人AND 看護AND 家族AND（看護OR 支援）」、国外文献は「Foreign＊ AND Famil＊ AND Japan＊ AND (intervention OR support OR Nurs＊)」のキーワードで原著論文を対象に検索し58件の論文を分析対象とした。体験と支援のデータを抽出し、Purnell の文化アセスメントモデルを理論的枠組みとしDirected content analysis を行った。 結果・考察：体験と支援がともに明らかになった文化的領域は主に「コミュニケーション」「保健行動」「家族役割と家族関係」「保健医療従事者」「精神性」で、どちらかのデータが見られなかった文化的領域は「妊娠出産・育児」「労働関係」「概観伝統」「食栄養」「ハイリスク行動」であった。 結論：体験と支援に偏りがある文化的領域では特に、定住外国人家族の体験に基づく支援を今後拡充していくことが求められる。 |

| 内容記述 | We conducted a literature review on the current experiences of, and support offered to, foreign resident families in Japan in the field of health care and welfare. This study’s aim is to identify discrepancies between experiences and supports in the Purnell’s cultural assessment model. Journal articles were searched for in Ichushi‒Web (Japanese medical database), CINAHL, PubMed, and medline using the 8 following keywords: "Foreign＊ AND Famil＊ AND Japan＊ AND (intervention OR support OR Nurs＊)" and 58 articles were analyzed. Directed content analysis was performed on the data using Purnell’s cultural assessment model as the theoretical framework. Both experiences and supports were seen in abundance in "Communication," "Health care practices," "Family roles and organization," "Health‒care practitioners," "Spirituality". At least one of the experiences and supports were not seen in "Pregnancy," "Workforce issues," "Overview / heritage," "Nutrition," "High‒risk behaviors" and "overview/heritage". Especially, many experiences were extracted in "Pregnancy and childbearing" area but no articles reported providing healthcare. In those areas, it is critical to providing healthcare services based on the experiences foreign resident families in Japan. |
