The gland design has been created to provide students with the academic content they can acquire in four years. And each subject has its own distinctive approach. Learning（TBL）によるロールプレイ演習やObjective Structured Clinical Examination（OSCE）形式の実技試験等を取り入れ、子どもとその家族へのかかわり、健康レベルにあわせたアセスメントと看護介入を思考、行動できるようにしている。また、国際力強化を目的に、学生が英語のロールプレイ演習を行う等の取組も行っている。さらに、「小児看護援助論Ⅰ」では、今年度より英語のロールプレイにInformation and Communication
