 note = {AA12480022, 2008年11月に、エリトリアの教育省ICTユニットを中心とする有識者と日本のeラーニング専門家からなる日本-エリトリアICT活用教育協議会が発足した。30年間の内戦を経て1993年に独立したエリトリアでは、国民の生活を豊かにするための生涯教育を目指し、2003年に教育改革がはじめられた。この改革には各セクタにおけるICT活用教育の促進が含まれる。2005年に開始された"ICT in Education"プログラムを中心にエリトリアのICT活用教育の現状と課題を整理する。プログラムの概要、インフラ整備、教師教育、ポリシーなどについて調査結果を報告し、ICT活用教育を推進するための日本-エリトリアICT活用教育協議会の今後の共同事業および研究の計画概要を整理する。, Japan-Eritrea ICT Education Committee was established in 2008 aiming promotion of ICT use in Education in Eritrea. This article summarized current issues of ICT used education in Eritrea and possible strategies to solve the problems. Five stages from basic IT skill education to Global Education with ICT were defined by the committee and schedule was made including action plans for the implementation.},
