Today, the importance of First-year experience has been recognised by a number of universities. Then, it shall be the time for the discussion on whether Second-year experience is needed or not. According to this reason, I introduce the practice of Second-year experience at Otemae University in 2009. It is expected to be a contribution to the development of this new field.},
