 note = {4000000196, コンピュータ支援協調学習(CSCL)では、遠隔地に住む学習者同士をつなぎ相互交流的な学びを促進することが可能になる。現在の日本の高等教育において火急の課題とされているグローバル人材の育成に対しても、国という枠組みを超えた教育を提供することができる。この視点から本研究が属するプロジェクトでは、複数の教員間とりわけ異なる国のあいだで効果的にCSCLを行える環境の構築をめざしている。具体的には、協同のファシリテーションを、デザイン手法、技法、支援の体系化の三点からモデル化すること、またそのためのCSCLシステムの開発と検証を行う。その一端として、電子メディアをもちいた協調学習で教育的効果が高く、かつ使用頻度が高いと予想される語句を「定型メッセージ」として設定し、ファシリテーションをサポートすることを予定している。本論はこの定型メッセージの作成における基本コンセプトおよび手法の報告である。なお定型メッセージを作成する際の理論的背景には、GarrisonらによるCommunity of Inquiry（探求の共同体）をもちいた。, The purpose of this research is to report on the concept and method of creating fixed phrases that support the facilitation of computer-supported collaborative learning (CSCL) in education. As facilitators may use the same phrases during their teaching and through CSCL, it would be useful if such phrases were input into the system in advance. The fixed phrases need to be utilized with a consideration of educational effectiveness. In order to achieve this aim, I use the theory of community of inquiry, which has been highly evaluated in the field of CSCL in the last decade.},
