| 内容記述 | 目的：40歳以上の初産婦カップルの産後の生活についての妊娠期からの相談内容、産後の身体的・心理的状態、家事・育児状況を質的に明らかにする。 方法：40歳以上で第1子を出産した産後3～4ヵ月の対象者8名から、半構造化面接にてデータ収集を行ない、産後の身体・心理状態と妊娠中から産後までのカップル間の相談内容について質的記述的分析を行った。 結果：産後の身体もしくは心理的不調があった者が7名いた。また、7名は妊娠中に産後の生活についてパートナーと相談をしていなかった。その理由は【産後の生活が想像できない】【出産前から協力的だった】【自分がするつもりだった】であった。しかし、産後は、【想像とちがった】【体が思うように動かない】実感から、【自分が頑張って動く】【パートナーが動けるように関わる】【パートナーを尊重する】【一人で家事育児をしないようにする】という行動をとっていた。 考察：40歳以上の高齢初産婦が産後にパートナーから十分なサポートを得るためには、妊娠前からもしくは、妊娠中から家事を協働して行うことが必要であることが示唆された。さらに、産後のパートナーの変化を認識することが、協働して生活する実感につながっていた。 |

| 内容記述 | Objective : To clarify the presence or absence of consultation during pregnancy between primipara couples aged 40 and over, the physical and psychological conditions after childbirth, and the status of housework and childcare. Methods : Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 8 females, who had delivered their first children 3-4 months previously at the age of 40 or older. The collected data were qualitatively and descriptively analyzed. Results : Seven had some physical or psychological problems. Seven had not consulted their partners during pregnancy about role-sharing in daily life after delivery due to the following factors : [difficulty in visualizing daily life after delivery], [having had the partner supportive since before delivery], and [going to be in charge of housework]. However, having realized their situation after delivery, represented by [differences from that imagined] and [poor physical condition], they adopted coping strategies, such as [managing to remain in charge of housework], [supporting the partner to do housework], [respecting the partner’s intention], and [avoiding doing all housework and parenting alone] Discussion : It was suggested that older primiparas need to collaborate in household chores before or during pregnancy in order to get sufficient support from their partners after childbirth. Furthermore, recognizing changes in partners after childbirth led to the feeling of living together. |
